What is clear is that every person needs the communication skills to personally build trust and build a culture where people trust leaders and the organization. This workshop will focus on personal communication patterns, known as communication tendencies. After exploring how to recognize them, participants will dig into the personal patterns that build stronger relationships. The session will conclude with a tip list of how to build an effective communication culture in the hybrid communication world. Based on Jon Wortmann’s best selling book Mastering Communication at Work (second edition being released this fall), learners will leave the session clear about:

     OUTCOMES

With this knowledge, it will enhance the participant’s ability to facilitate positive employee relations. The participants will also gain a greater understanding of exchanging information in an effective manner.
