    • The State Council will be working to help the local chapters and expand our presence to them.

    Dave Twitchell – Director Elect

Dave suggested that the State Council Director should have their own credit card to pay for conferences and events.   Catharine stated that credit cards would be reflected on a personal credit score and felt that Directors should ask for a check in advance.  Catharine also stated that we run as a business and felt we should not authorize a credit card for a Director.

Peter Richard has a debit card as MAHRA President.  This is not used as a traditional credit card and there is a maximum limit on the card.   Peter will share his policies and procedures surrounding the use of this card.

    Michelle Gray – Website/Social Media

Michelle recommended that one member from each chapter be on the State Council Social Media committee for consistent information being communicated among the chapters.
