In an era where political discussions can quickly escalate, it’s crucial for employees to engage in these conversations with respect and professionalism. This session equips participants with the skills to handle political discourse constructively by maintaining a positive work environment, fostering mutual respect, and resolving conflicts arising from political discussions. This course provides practical tools and strategies to ensure that political conversations contribute to a culture of inclusivity rather than division.
