7 Tips for an Improved Interview Experience: Employee Engagement Starts Now

In today’s market, candidates are expecting a lot from a company be it their mission, vision, values, brand, job flexibility, work life balance, growth and more. With so many moving parts to finding and keeping a successful hire, it is critical to make the best interview experience possible from the start. The next generation of interviewing is as much of the candidate “selling” their skills and experience as the hiring team “selling” their organization, as well as the opportunity itself.

During this interactive session we will discuss ways to improve the interview experience at your company to ensure greater success for all involved in the process.
