‘Let it go! Let it go!’  Famously quoted in this generation by the song in the Disney movie ‘Frozen’ it is certainly not easy to let anything go when we think about Institutional Knowledge! 

In fact, so many organizations struggle with receiving buy-in from senior leadership to proactively and effectively launch a program that embraces the retention of Institutional Knowledge.  Instead, we are so quick to let it go as the knowledge, insight, and wisdom walk out our doors.
