    This workshop is designed to provide insights into the bad habits developed by destructive HR leaders and how to avoid developing these habits. During this workshop, you will learn how to identify the common traits and habits of destructive HR leaders, how to recognize these habits when confronted with them, and how to spot positive traits of effective HR leaders and teams. The goal for this workshop is to help you become a business leader capable of driving results through effective behaviors.

    Kevin Keleher is a senior Human Resources leader whose career has encompassed delivery of the full spectrum of human resource programs, services and functions across a range of organizations and both domestically and internationally.  Kevin has held senior HR positions in such world-class companies as Digital-HP, Putnam Investments and Fidelity Investments. 

    Kevin holds a M.Ed. from Rivier University and a B.A. from Salem State University.  Kevin is certified as an MBTI practitioner which he uses for team building, career planning and personal and organizational development purposes.  He is also accredited as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

    His community work includes 19 years as the pro-bono Director of Human Resources for the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Salem and 8 years as the pro-bono HR Director for the Merrimack Valley United Way.  He has also served as a Vice President of the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce.

    Kevin is a past president of the Greater Merrimack Valley Human Resources Association and was the recipient of the 2016 Daniel W. Griffiths Award for HR Leadership.

    Daniel Griffiths  is an Adjunct Professor at Franklin Pierce University and has been teaching Human Resource Courses for several years. His educational background includes a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Human Resource Management from Franklin Pierce University. He is also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Southern NH University. 

    Dan has served as Founder and President for the Greater Merrimack Valley HR Association (GMVHRA) from 2003-2006.He has an Award named after him called the Daniel W. Griffiths Leadership award. He was the State Council Director for the State of NH for The Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) 2007-2009. Dan also served as the Membership Advisory Council (MAC) 2010-2011 for SHRM representing 11 States in the Northeast region.
