The Business and Industry Association, in partnership with the HR State Council of New Hampshire, an affiliate of The Society for Human Resource Management, and also in cooperation with New Hampshire Department of Labor, and the New Hampshire Department of Employment Security, are hosting a healthcare and employment law summit Thursday, October 22 at the Radisson Hotel, Manchester.
Workshop topics will include workers' comp/ADA/FMLA compliance issues; unemployment compensation claims; complying with New Hampshire wage and hour laws including the latest information on employee classification and determining exempt/non exempt status; and new approaches and collaborations from industry experts and healthcare providers that are helping making healthcare more affordable, accessible and personal.
