Topic:  The Ongoing Impact of COVID-19: an Evolution from Temporary Fix to New Normal

What began as a temporary fix, has now become a more lasting reality.  While we rejoice with the news of vaccines, most of us have no idea when we will be protected.  In this session we will take stock of lessons learned in the last year and apply them to help employees and ourselves remain resilient and adapt to the new normal.  Tomorrow will continue to include changes related to remote teams, the integration of home and work life, and coping with loss.  We will provide strategies for these facing challenges while encouraging hope in 2021.
