The world and workplace are evolving, creating a change in employee and team expectations, worker fulfillment and effectiveness.  The next level of our success will require an emotionally intelligent culture to truly advance our engagement and productivity at work.  In this workshop, Russ will share ways to use EI in a practical and useful way.  Much is written about EI and it can be complicated if you make it that way.  It can also be a simple practice that your organization can adopt today for better outcomes.
