During these changing times we have Rhoda McVeigh a consultant with KMA here to share some of the best practices from her clients on Managing the Remote Workforce. As HR professionals we need to learn how to work with our teams or certain team members that may be remote for a short period or long period of time.  Some of the issues we will touch on will be:

Rhoda McVeigh has more than 30 years of Human Resources and operations experience, 20 at the leadership level, and is seen by the leaders she supports as a confidante, coach and business partner – an experienced business leader who excels in human behavior. She possesses great depth in leadership coaching and development, pre-employment interviews and assessment, employee engagement, performance appraisal and improvement (including 360 feedback), training facilitation, succession planning, internal investigations and exit strategies. Compliance is another consultative strength.

Rhoda has held leadership positions in multi-state full-service retail, multi-state specialty retail and food service companies on both the corporate and the field sides. She has also done consulting in the manufacturing, insurance, telecommunications, healthcare and non-profit industries.

Rhoda attended George Mason University where she studied foreign languages and music. She has continuously held a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) Certification through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) since 2007. She is one of the first human resources professionals to receive a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) Certification through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) when it began offering professional certifications in 2015.
