Please join us for a valuable leadership seminar, “Leaders Build Strong Organizations One Relationship at a Time”.

In this ½ day seminar, speakers Renee Charney and David Liddell will each lead you through innovative and interactive presentations that focus on the value of leading through strong relationships.

You will first learn how to develop and maintain a culture of mutual relationships that encourage commitment and accountability. Based on "The TEAMS Foundations," this unique approach will demonstrate how leaders can create the right environment for success.

Building such a culture depends heavily on a leader’s ability to influence, and in the second part of the seminar we will explore how as leaders, you can set the best strategic course and get people on board. You will learn how to create purposeful communications that stress key methods for influence, including how to understand your audience, and how to find the best ideas. (Hint: Those ideas may not be yours…)

We are fortunate to have 2 prominent speakers to lead these presentations:

David Liddell is the CEO and Founder of SKYE Business Solutions. He is widely respected as a leadership development expert, facilitator, coach, and speaker. Based on more than 20 years of experience in organizational and business performance, he develops leadership skills, creates a shared strategic vision for companies, and maximizes individual and team performance.

Renee Charney is the founder and principal of Charney Coaching & Consulting LLC—an Executive, Leadership, and Organizational coaching and consulting company. She has over 25 years of corporate experience in coaching, learning, leadership, and organizational effectiveness. Her special interest in coaching leaders and their teams includes: leadership presence, engaging in clear and productive conversations, and expanding capacities to lead and learn

This seminar promises to be lively, informative, and relevant – three great reasons for joining us! To register, go to www.monadnockshrm.org.
