DOL Overtime Regulation Letter

The State Council of New Hampshire has recently signed the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) letter in response to the notice of proposed rulemaking published in the Federal Register by the Department of Labor’s (DOL’s) Wage and Hour Division on July 6, 2015. Attached is the letter SHRM sent to the DOL which included 50 State Council’s and 307 Chapter signatures.
The HR State Council of NH includes in its mission to Partnering with State and Federal Legislators to advocate on human resource issues of significance impacting the workforce. The HR State Council of NH encourages all NH HR Professionals to take an active role in supporting active discussion on proposed legislative changes.
