David S. Twitchell SHRM-SCP, CBP, CCP - David Twitchell is the Principal of Upper Valley HR Pro. LLC and provides "hands-on" leadership, coordination and oversight for clients. Twitchell is a long-time SHRM volunteer having served in many leadership capacities from Chapter President for the River Valley Human Resource Association, State Director and Legislative Director for Vermont SHRM, to the Regional Membership Advisory Council Member from the Northeast. Additionally, he has contributed to several SHRM Panels and currently a member of the Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility Panel. He has been a SHRM Learning Systems instructor for Vermont Technical College for several years. Twitchell has his MS in Human Service Administration and is a Senior Certified Professional with SHRM, a PHR with HRCI and a Certified Compensation and Benefits Professional with WorldatWork.
Tina M. Sharby, SHRM-CP – Past Director Tina is the Chief Human Resources Officer with Easter Seals New Hampshire, Inc. and has over twenty-five years of experience in the Human Resources Management field. She has multi-state experience working as a strategic partner in all aspects of Human Resources and has acquired strong analytical, organizational, and strategic management skills in a variety of industries. Tina has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Keene State College in Business Management, minoring in Human Resources and Safety Management and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Leadership with Granite State College. She has served in a variety of volunteer leadership roles including Director-Elect for the HR State Council of New Hampshire, President of Manchester Area Human Resources Association, Founding Member & Chair of the Diversity Workforce Coalition, member of the Business and Industry Association Health Care & Workforce Development Committee and a member of the Economic Vitality New Hampshire Association. Tina has also recently become a member of the White Mountain 4000 Footer Club, hiking all 48 peaks. As a key member of the senior mana gement team, she is attracting and retaining the best possible skilled workforce, leading the efforts to create career paths within the organization, to keep our best people motivated and growing, maximizing their value for themselves, for the organization, and for our customers. She develops and prepares the next generation of skilled workers for GSM. Hope also directs Legal Compliance, Internal Accountability and Overall Human Resources and Training Awareness across the company. Functioning as part of the integrated team, she works to reduce and eliminate barriers and obstacles to improve overall cost and schedule performance. Hope initiated the first apprenticeship program in the Manchester area for Machining. Hope’s background includes healthcare, wholesale food distribution, retail, medical device manufacturing, giftware, electronics, consumer goods and fashion industries. Hope is the past President of the Manchester Area Human Resources Association (MAHRA), New Hampshire’s largest HR Chapter. She has held MAHRA Board positions as Workforce Readiness and Professional Development Chairs and has served on many committees. Hope is Director-Elect of the HR State Council of NH and has served as Certification Chair as well as several committees. She has over 20 yrs. in HR manufacturing sector and publishing sector too. Debra specializes in talent acquisition and has been a member of HRAGC for over 20 yrs. Jessica brings over 25 years of experience Human Resources and Recruiting. Jessica is the Regional Director of Leddy Group a privately owned, regional staffing company based in Northern New England. Jessica’s specialty is Human Resources staffing, in addition she leads a team of Administrative, Accounting & Finance, Skilled Manufacturing & Light Industrial recruiters for the Central NH area. Jessica has been a part of Leddy Group, which is also a sister company to Work Opportunities Unlimited, since 2005. She is passionate about placing people into the right jobs! Jessica is a volunteer leader for the HR community in New Hampshire. Currently serving as the Membership Director for the SHRM, NH State Council and as the VP of Program Development for the Manchester Area Human Resources Association. She also served as the Programs Director for the Greater Nashua Human Resources Association for 5 years. Kim is the HR Administrator for Electronic Imaging Materials where she is responsible for managing the HRIS, recruiting, onboarding new employees, benefits administration, payroll, compliance, training, and is an active member of the Safety, Philanthropy, and Employee Engagement committees. She has over 20 years of experience in the HR field, primarily in the banking and manufacturing industries. She has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 2004. Kim has been a member of the Greater Monadnock SHRM (GMSHRM) chapter for many years and in July 2018 joined the board of directors as the Certification Director after earning her Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification.

Andrea Chatfield, Esq., Government Relations & Legislative Chair Andrea G. Chatfield is an attorney at Cook, Little, Rosenblatt & Manson, p.l.l.c. in Manchester, NH where she provides advice and guidance to employers on risk management issues in the workplace. She represents employers of all types and sizes before administrative agencies in discrimination, whistleblower, unemployment, and wage disputes. She conducts in-house training for employers and serves as an outside investigator for employers who need to respond to highly sensitive internal complaints of discrimination and harassment. Andrea frequently is a public speaker on employment law topics, and recently authored the New Hampshire employment law chapter for the Navigator series of state laws offered by Lexology (an innovative, web-based service) and the Association of Corporate Counsel. Sara Janes began her career in the financial services industry in 2012. She has several years of experience in Human Resources and is now an Investment Advisor Representative of Primerica Advisors. She currently holds her Series 6, 63, 26, 65 and Life & Annuities licenses, as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education with a focus in Mathematics. Her office is in New Hampshire; however, she offers her Financial Wellness Workshops to the entire greater New Hampshire and Massachusetts areas. Sara Janes teaches these principles in a simple and interesting way, taking the focus off of products and placing it on fundamental strategies. Her educative approach empowers each client to reach a deeper understanding of their financial decisions, moving them past the numbers to measurable objectives and creative wealth building strategies. She enjoys teaching people how money works in their lives, and aspires to be known as someone who can help people get from where they are to where they want to be financially. Jeanie DiBella, Program Director Jeannie DiBella, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is the Senior Human Resources Officer at Manchester Community College. She has over 28 years of Human Resources experience with a specialty in Employee Relations and Performance Management.
