David Twitchell is the Principal of Upper Valley HR Pro. LLC and provides "hands-on" leadership, coordination and oversight for clients.   Twitchell is a long-time SHRM volunteer having served in many leadership capacities from Chapter President for the River Valley Human Resource Association, State Director and Legislative Director for Vermont SHRM, to the Regional Membership Advisory Council Member from the Northeast.  Additionally, he has contributed to several SHRM Panels and currently a member of the Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility Panel.   He has been a SHRM Learning Systems instructor for Vermont Technical College for several years.  Twitchell has his MS in Human Service Administration and is a Senior Certified Professional with SHRM, a PHR with HRCI and a Certified Compensation and Benefits Professional with WorldatWork.

Tina is the Chief Human Resources Officer with Easter Seals New Hampshire, Inc. and has over twenty-five years of experience in the Human Resources Management field.  She has multi-state experience working as a strategic partner in all aspects of Human Resources and has acquired strong analytical, organizational, and strategic management skills in a variety of industries.  Tina has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Keene State College in Business Management, minoring in Human Resources and Safety Management and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Leadership with Granite State College.  She has served in a variety of volunteer leadership roles including Director-Elect for the HR State Council of New Hampshire, President of Manchester Area Human Resources Association, Founding Member & Chair of the Diversity Workforce Coalition, member of the Business and Industry Association Health Care & Workforce Development Committee and a member of the Economic Vitality New Hampshire Association. Tina has also recently become a member of the White Mountain 4000 Footer Club, hiking all 48 peaks. Tina is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) as well as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)

Hope Kelly is the HR Business Partner at ECCO USA, Inc. and has 15+ years of experience in the Human Resources field. She currently manages the HR Support to ECCO USA, Inc. business units.  She is responsible for HR programs and activities related to staffing, compensation, benefits, compliance, safety and workplace programs. Hope’s background includes healthcare, wholesale food distribution, retail, medical device manufacturing, giftware, electronics, consumer goods and fashion industries.  Hope has held MAHRA Board positions as Workforce Readiness and Professional Development Chairs and has served on many committees.  Hope has her bachelor’s degree in Management from the Merrimack College and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) as well as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Jessica brings over 25 years of experience Human Resources and Recruiting.  Jessica is the Regional Director of Leddy Group a privately owned, regional staffing company based in Northern New England. Jessica’s specialty is Human Resources staffing, in addition she leads a team of Administrative, Accounting & Finance, Skilled Manufacturing & Light Industrial recruiters for the Central NH area. Jessica has been a part of Leddy Group, which is also a sister company to Work Opportunities Unlimited, since 2005. She is passionate about placing people into the right jobs!
Jessica previously worked for Shaw's Supermarkets as a Regional Human Resources Manager throughout New Hampshire.

Jessica is a volunteer leader for the HR community in New Hampshire. Currently serving as the Membership Director for the SHRM, NH State Council and as the VP of Program Development for the Manchester Area Human Resources Association. She also served as the Programs Director for the Greater Nashua Human Resources Association for 5 years.
She is a proud Alum of Notre, Dame College with a BA in Elementary /Special Education.

In her spare time, you will find her hiking, running, biking, or traveling with friends and family and 2 dogs.  She is certified as a PHR and SHRM-C and appreciates the support the chapters receive from the State Council and am excited about serving on the Board.

Andrea G. Chatfield is an attorney at Cook, Little, Rosenblatt & Manson, p.l.l.c. in Manchester, NH where she provides advice and guidance to employers on risk management issues in the workplace.  She represents employers of all types and sizes before administrative agencies in discrimination, whistleblower, unemployment, and wage disputes.  She conducts in-house training for employers and serves as an outside investigator for employers who need to respond to highly sensitive internal complaints of discrimination and harassment. 

Andrea frequently is a public speaker on employment law topics, and recently authored the New Hampshire employment law chapter for the Navigator series of state laws offered by Lexology (an innovative, web-based service) and the Association of Corporate Counsel. 

Andrea is admitted to practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and she has earned an “AV” rating from Martindale Hubbell.  Andrea is listed in Chambers USA as one of the leading employment lawyers in New Hampshire and in Best Lawyers of America for employment law - management.  In addition, she also serves on the Board of Directors of the Manchester Area Human Resources Association and is on the Personnel Advisory Committee for the Manchester Community Health Center.

Sara Janes began her career in the financial services industry in 2012.  She has several years of experience in Human Resources and is now an Investment Advisor Representative of Primerica Advisors.

Sara Janes teaches these principles in a simple and interesting way, taking the focus off of products and placing it on fundamental strategies.  Her educative approach empowers each client to reach a deeper understanding of their financial decisions, moving them past the numbers to measurable objectives and creative wealth building strategies.  She enjoys teaching people how money works in their lives, and aspires to be known as someone who can help people get from where they are to where they want to be financially.

Michelle’s background includes businesses varying in size up to 1,500 employees and multiple states.  Michelle is an active member of Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Greater Nashua Human Resource Association (GNHRA), Manchester Chamber of Commerce, NH Center for Non-Profits, and Massachusetts Non-Profit Network.

Jeannie DiBella, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is the Senior Human Resources Officer at Manchester Community College.  She has over 28 years of Human Resources experience with a specialty in Employee Relations and Performance Management.

Jeannie is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is certified through SHRM as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through HRCI.  Jeannie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Indiana State University. Jeannie is also a graduate of the Leadership Greater Nashua program.

Jeannie is an active participant in industry associations on both state and local levels including the Greater Nashua Human Resources Association where she is currently serving as President and the HR State Council of New Hampshire where she serves as the Program Director.  Jeannie currently serves on CUPA-HR Northern New England Chapter Board where she is the Immediate Past-President. 

Catharine is the Chief Human Resources Officer at CGI Business Solutions and has over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field. She currently manages the HR Support and Benefits Administration Department of CGI, which includes compliance, benefits administration, COBRA and human resources solutions for CGI's clients. She has a diverse background in the area of human resources, including compliance, staffing, employee relations, training, benefits, compensation, and payroll. Catharine has utilized these skills in a variety of industries including banking, manufacturing, and technology firms. She has served in a variety of volunteer leadership roles in her local chapter and state level with SHRM and is currently the Director for the HR State Council of New Hampshire and on the Board of Directors for NAPBA (National Association of Professional Benefits Administrators). In addition, Catharine is heavily involved with workplace advocacy efforts with SHRM, serving as an Advocacy Captain. Catharine has her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Central Florida and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) as well as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Rhoda McVeigh has more than 30 years of Human Resources and operations experience. She is an experienced business leader who excels in human behavior, and possesses depth in leadership coaching and development, pre-employment interviews and assessment, employee engagement, performance appraisal and improvement, training facilitation, succession planning, internal investigations and exit strategies.

She has held leadership positions in national full-service retail, specialty retail and food service companies on both the corporate and the field sides. She has also done consulting in manufacturing, insurance, telecommunications, healthcare and non-profit industries.
Rhoda attended George Mason University where she studied foreign languages and music. She holds a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) Certification through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), as well as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) Certification through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
A firm believer that life is too short to eat bad food, Rhoda enjoys cooking and baking, as well as music, theater, arts, history and travel. She’s a voracious reader and life-long learner, and loves staying current on technology and pop culture. Her personal goal is to collect “experiences” through fine dining and travel with friends and family.

Amy is the Director of Administration at Keene Housing and has over 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field.  She is responsible for Keene Housing’s property insurance portfolio, governance, social media and all aspects of human resources including benefits administration, employee relations, staffing, compliance, compensation, and payroll.  She has been a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 2006 and currently serves as the President of the Greater Monadnock Society of Human Resources Management.  Amy serves as a board member of the HR State Council of New Hampshire and recently completed her second term as Certification Director.  In addition, Amy is a member of the Dental Health Works Board of Directors, a member of the Greater Keene and Peterborough Chamber’s Governance Committee and Impact Monadnock Business Ambassadors. Amy has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Keene State College and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society of Human Resource Management Certified Practitioner (SHRM-CP).
