Tina M. Sharby, SHRM-CP – Director Tina is the Chief Human Resources Officer with Easter Seals New Hampshire, Inc. and has over twenty-five years of experience in the Human Resources Management field. She has multi-state experience working as a strategic partner in all aspects of Human Resources and has acquired strong analytical, organizational, and strategic management skills in a variety of industries. Tina has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Keene State College in Business Management, minoring in Human Resources and Safety Management and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Leadership with Granite State College. She has served in a variety of volunteer leadership roles including Director-Elect for the HR State Council of New Hampshire, President of Manchester Area Human Resources Association, Founding Member & Chair of the Diversity Workforce Coalition, member of the Business and Industry Association Health Care & Workforce Development Committee and a member of the Economic Vitality New Hampshire Association. Tina has also recently become a member of the White Mountain 4000 Footer Club, hiking all 48 peaks. Tina is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) as well as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Catharine Mirabile, SHRM-SCP, SPHR – Immediate Past Director Catharine is the Chief Human Resources Officer at CGI Business Solutions and has over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field. She currently manages the HR Support and Benefits Administration Department of CGI, which includes compliance, benefits administration, COBRA and human resources solutions for CGI's clients. She has a diverse background in the area of human resources, including compliance, staffing, employee relations, training, benefits, compensation, and payroll. Catharine has utilized these skills in a variety of industries including banking, manufacturing, and technology firms. She has served in a variety of volunteer leadership roles in her local chapter and state level with SHRM and is currently the Director for the HR State Council of New Hampshire and on the Board of Directors for NAPBA (National Association of Professional Benefits Administrators). In addition, Catharine is heavily involved with workplace advocacy efforts with SHRM, serving as an Advocacy Captain. Catharine has her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Central Florida and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) as well as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). |

David S. Twitchell SHRM-SCP, CBP, CCP, PHR, David Twitchell is the Vice President of Human Resources for Catholic Charities New Hampshire and provides "hands-on" leadership, coordination and oversight of company Human Resource functions to more than 1000 employees that serve long-term care rehabilitation and nursing centers as well as the numerous sponsored social service programs across the State of New Hampshire. Develops and implements corporate Human Resource strategy and programs that support the organizational mission and vision to meet planned objectives. Twitchell is a long-time SHRM volunteer having served in many leadership capacities from Chapter President for the River Valley Human Resource Association, State Director and Legislative Director for Vermont SHRM, to the Regional Membership Advisory Council Member from the Northeast. Additionally, he has contributed to several SHRM Panels and currently a member of the Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility Panel. He has been a SHRM Learning Systems instructor for Vermont Technical College for several years. Twitchell has his MS in Human Service Administration and is a Senior Certified Professional with SHRM, a PHR with HRCI and a Certified Compensation and Benefits Professional with WorldatWork. |

Jennifer is the Employee Relations Manager at Eastern Propane & Oil and has 18 years of experience in the Human Resources field. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Seacoast Human Resources Association (SHRA) and has previously served as a board member on the State Council, SHRA, and the Diversity Workforce Coalition (DWC). Jenn earned her Master of Business Administration from Plymouth State University, is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She is happy to rejoin the State Council Board where she enjoys working with HR professionals across the state – and has fun while doing it! |
Linda Tuells, Secretary Linda is employed as the Director of Human Resources for The Moore Center, a human services organization in Manchester, NH and has extensive experience in high volume recruiting, benefits, compliance and employee relations. She has over 20 years of human resources experience. Linda is a member of the Society of Human Resources Professionals (SHRM), Manchester Area Human Resources Association (MAHRA) and currently serves on the MAHRA Board of Directors as Communications Director. |

Jeannie DiBella, PHR, SHRM-SCP, Membership Director, Greater Nashua Human Resources Association Jeannie has worked in Human Resources for the past 20 years in a generalist capacity and has loved every minute of it. Her HR career started at Filene’s as the HR Administrator and then as the HR Manager. After Filene’s was acquired by Macy’s, she moved on to work as the HR Manager and then the Executive Manager of HR at The Telegraph. Jeannie currently serves as the Human Resources Officer at Manchester Community College, part of the Community College System of New Hampshire. Jeannie joined the Greater Nashua Human Resources Association in 2007 at which time she also became a member of SHRM. Join the board a few years later and have served as Secretary, Membership Chair, and after a year as President-Elect, now President. Jeannie is certified as a PHR and SHRM-CP. appreciates the support the chapters receive from the State Council and am excited about serving on the Board. |

Andrea Chatfield, Esq., Government Relations & Legislative Chair Andrea G. Chatfield is an attorney at Cook, Little, Rosenblatt & Manson, p.l.l.c. in Manchester, NH where she provides advice and guidance to employers on risk management issues in the workplace. She represents employers of all types and sizes before administrative agencies in discrimination, whistleblower, unemployment, and wage disputes. She conducts in-house training for employers and serves as an outside investigator for employers who need to respond to highly sensitive internal complaints of discrimination and harassment. Andrea frequently is a public speaker on employment law topics, and recently authored the New Hampshire employment law chapter for the Navigator series of state laws offered by Lexology (an innovative, web-based service) and the Association of Corporate Counsel. Andrea is admitted to practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and she has earned an “AV” rating from Martindale Hubbell. Andrea is listed in Chambers USA as one of the leading employment lawyers in New Hampshire and in Best Lawyers of America for employment law - management. Jermaine Moore, Diversity Director, Jermaine Moore is the founder of The Mars Hill Group, a consulting practice that partners with organizations to support their efforts in building and developing highly engaged, high-performing teams. Previously, Jermaine led the training and development efforts at Vapotherm, Inc., a medical device start-up company based in Exeter, NH. Jermaine has more than twenty years of HR experience working across various industries introducing and reinforcing behaviors that drive business results and team performance. Kristine DiFiore, Program Director Kristine is Vice President and the Chief Human Resource Officer at Care Dimensions. Sarah Rossetti, SHRM-CP, MBA, Workforce Readiness Sarah is the Human Resources Generalist at Pennichuck Water and has about 5 years of experience in HR administration and generalist capacities. She was involved with the SHRM student chapter at SNHU while an undergraduate before becoming involved with MAHRA a few years later as the co-chair of the Emerging Leaders committee which focuses on workforce readiness initiatives in the Manchester Area. Sarah received her SHRM-CP a couple of years ago and recently finished her master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in project management. Todd Fernald, President Assisted Living Administrator/Human Resources Director, Webster at Rye Todd began working at Webster at Rye when he was just 17 years old for what he thought was only a summer job and now, over 30 years later, he finds himself second in command of the organization. Todd has worked in numerous positions throughout his tenure, including dietary aide, relief cook, social services assistant, activities, receptionist, office assistant and executive assistant. Todd was promoted to the position of Human Resources Director in 2005 and added the role of Administrator of the Assisted Living and Memory Care Community in 2017. A 1993 graduate of Gordon College with a BA in Psychology, Todd has additionally achieved recognized double national certification in Human Resources including designation as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institution and as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management. He is the current President of the Seacoast Human Resources Association also serving on the Professional Development Committee. Additionally, Todd holds state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in New Hampshire and has served as the Assistant Administrator for the Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility since 2018.
