    Press Release  - Granite State Human Resource Conference announces  HR Hero 2014 – Jennifer Kinville!

     

    April 29, 2014 is a grand day for a special Human Resource Professional in the Granite State!  Annually, the Granite State HR Conference announces the individual who is selected by his/her peers as an exemplary in three key areas:  a strategic contributor to their employer, the HR volunteer sector, and the public community.  The criteria are stringent:

    • Significant contributions and sustained performance, to the employer or business where the HR professional works, which continually enables the organization to successfully achieve its strategic initiatives.
    • Secondly, we look to how the professional has given back to others through professional association work
    • Finally, we consider how the HR professional has given back to his or her local community

    Jennifer Kinville, HR Director of Prime Buchholz of Portsmouth, NH was announced the 2014 HR Hero!

    In addition to her responsibilities at Prime Buchholz, Jennifer volunteers as Secretary of SHRA, Secretary/Treasurer of the New Hampshire HR State Council and is a Director of the Diversity Workforce Coalition.

    Chris Sweeney, COO of Prime Buchholz stated “as an active member of our senior management team, Jennifer has played a key role in nearly every major transformation we have made as a company, including growing and developing our talent base and designing and implementing our Human Resources management systems.  In addition, Jenn has assumed a leadership role implementing our highly popular employee community service volunteer days”.

    Debra Tuttle, 2012 HR Hero, stated “Jennifer has been the NH HR State Council Secretary/Treasurer for three years and has been instrumental in helping set up the North Country gathering to align with the Concord SHRM chapter.  She is adept at making everything seem seamless and easy to do”!
