    • Program Descriptor: Inclusive workplaces do not just happen, they are built by employees, supervisors and managers working together to deal with personal feelings, misinformation and biases about those who are “different” in order to achieve the goals of the business and organization. Many NH businesses have transgender employees who are taking the courageous step to live in the gender they identify with vs. the gender they were assigned at birth. This presentation will provide information and a panel discussion on gender identity.
    • NH laws regarding gender identity, the roles of HR and EAP professionals in supporting both the organizations and the individual employee through a transgender person’s transition at work
    • The Panel will include HR Professional, EAP Professional and Transgender Woman
